Refund Policy

The first payment on any paid plan, monthly or annual, has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. One refund per customer. After 14 days, renewals are not refunded and there are no partial refunds. If you cancel, there are no further charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Purchases on AbsoluteOne are processed by a third-party merchant of record, such as Paddle.com or Dodo Payments; the one handling your purchase is shown at checkout and on your receipt. They are the seller of record. They handle checkout, billing, taxes, and payment security, and their name may appear on your card statement. Refunds are issued through them back to your original payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). After 14 days, renewal payments are not refunded, and we do not issue partial refunds. One-time credit and deliverable packs are refundable only if unused.

To cancel, email admin@absoluteone.ai. Cancellation stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fees.

Email admin@absoluteone.ai from the address on your account, or use the help link on your payment receipt. A note about what didn't work is welcome and never required. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
