Does AI scoring use generations?
No. Scoring has its own limit: 5 a day on Free (resets 05:30 IST), no limit on Pro and up.
Does background removal use generations?
Yes. Each background removal uses 5 AI generations.
How do Agency allowances work?
Every seat gets its own 1,200 AI generations, 60 deliverables and 20 AI video clips a month. Allowances are per seat, so one seat can't use another's unused allowance.
Do AI videos use my deliverables?
No. Videos have their own monthly allowance. Images and voiceovers count as normal deliverables.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first payment, monthly or annual, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Renewals aren't refunded. The $9 deliverables pack is refundable if you haven't used it. One refund per customer.
Will you remind me before my plan renews?
On yearly plans, yes. We'll email you about 7 days before your renewal date, with a link to Manage billing so you can change or cancel before you're charged.
Does anything send without me?
No. Every proposal, follow-up and invoice waits for your approval.
